Cherry Blossom Illustration

Illustration for a client, the brief was “cute but macabre; she likes Japanese influence and hello kitty”. The Hello Kitty portion of influence will come in the next post of the characters full design. My influence at the moment and inspiration for my work comes from Alphonse Mucha. It’s been an interesting exploration into colour and style.
